Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un nuevo tipo de reactor químico, descrito como reactor catalítico de membrana con bombeo electroquímico de hidrógeno u oxígeno. Este nuevo tipo de reactor es particularmente adecuado para incrementar la selectividad y la velocidad de conversión de reacciones de deshidrogenación, hidrogenación, desoxidación y oxidación y a saber en la reacción de aminación directa de hidrocarburos. Este reactor puede ser usado para la producción de varios compuestos químicos, tales como la aminación directa de hidrocarburos y en particular para la síntesis de anilina a partir de benceno. En esta aplicación, en donde el hidrógeno es removido por bombeo electroquímico del hidrógeno formado o por bombeo de oxígeno así, conforme el hidrógeno se forma, se oxida. Este nuevo reactor presenta conversión de benceno a anilina superior del 40.
