Abstract

Изобретение относится к новому типу химического реактора, раскрытому как каталитический мембранный реактор с электрохимической перекачкой кислорода или водорода. Указанный новый тип реактора предпочтительно предназначен для усиления селективности и повышения уровня конверсии реакций дегидрогенезации, гидрогенезации, раскисления и окисления, а именно, в прямой реакции аминирования углеводородов. Предусмотрено использование реактора для производства ряда химических соединений, например, при прямом аминировании углеводородов, в частности, для синтеза анилина из бензола. В этом случае удаляют водород посредством электрохимической перекачки образовавшегося водорода или перекачки кислорода, так что при образовании водорода происходит его окисление. В предложенном новом типе реактора уровень конверсии бензола в анилин превышает 40%.
