Abstract
Способ риформинга газа, полученного газификацией, для разложения содержащихся в нем загрязнений и новое применение катализатора на основе драгоценного металла при предриформинге газа, полученного газификацией. В данном способе газ приводят в контакт с металлическим катализатором в присутствии окислителя. Согласно настоящему изобретению риформинг осуществляют в несколько стадий, причем в по меньшей мере одной из первых каталитических зон используют катализатор на основе благородного металла, а на второй стадии риформинга, которая следует за первой, используемым катализатором является металлический катализатор. Кислород подают раздельно в каждую из каталитических зон. Использование катализатора на основе благородного металла снижает риск деактивации металлических катализаторов и поэтому увеличивает срок службы катализатора.
