Abstract

Способ риформинга газа, полученного в процессе газификации, для разложения содержащихся в нем органических примесей и новое применение катализатора на основе благородного металла для предриформинга газа, полученного в процессе газификации. В данном способе газ приводят в контакт с металлическим катализатором в присутствии окислителя. Согласно настоящему изобретению риформинг осуществляют в нескольких блоках, причем по меньшей мере в одном из первых блоков используют катализатор на основе благородного металла, а во втором блоке, который расположен после первого блока, катализатором является металлический катализатор. Использование катализатора на основе благородного металла снижает риск деактивации металлических катализаторов и поэтому увеличивает срок службы катализаторов.
