Abstract
Un procedimiento para la síntesis de ácido 2,5-furandicarboxílico mediante la oxidación de 5-hidroximetilfurfural en un flujo de oxígeno o un compuesto que contiene oxígeno, catalizado por un catalizador soportado que contiene un metal del grupo del platino, llevado a cabo en solución acuosa en que se mantiene el pH mayor a 7 y menor a 12 mediante la adición de una base débil.
