Abstract

A presente invenção diz respeito a um novo tipo de reactor químico, descrito como reactor catalítico de membrana com bombagem electroquímica de hidrogénio ou de oxigénio. Este novo tipo de reactor é especialmente apropriado para aumentar a selectividade e conversão em reacções de desidrogenação, hidrogenação, desoxidação e oxidação nomeadamente na reacção de aminação directa de hidrocarbonetos. Este reactor poderá ser utilizado para a produção de diversos compostos químicos, como por exemplo, para aminação directa de hidrocarbonetos, em particular para síntese de anilina a partir de benzeno. Nesta aplicação, onde se efectuou a remoção do hidrogénio com bombagem electroquímica de hidrogénio ou a bombagem de oxigénio para oxidação do hidrogénio formado, resulta numa conversão do benzeno em anilina, superior a 40 %.
