Abstract
La presente invención se refiere un sistema para tratar una corriente de aguas de desecho para producir una corriente efluente, caracterizado porque comprende: una pluralidad de bombas para suministrar una pluralidad de aditivos químicos en gastos de flujo variable a dicha corriente de aguas de desecho en una pluralidad de puntos; una pluralidad de tubos floculantes a través de los cuales la corriente de aguas de desecho se pasa, en donde los aditivos químicos se suministran al sistema en los tubos floculantes; un primer detector de solidos suspendidos totales colocado en dicha corriente de aguas de desecho corriente debajo de los aditivos químicos para supervisar la claridad de la corriente de aguas de desecho; un segundo detector de solidos suspendidos totales colocado en la corriente efluente para supervisar la claridad del efluente, el segundo detector de solidos suspendidos totales tiene un detector de salida representativo de la claridad del efluente; y un controlador para supervisar el gasto de flujo del agua de desecho y variar los gastos de flujo de los aditivos químicos proporcionalmente, el controlador tiene una entrada operativamente acoplado a la salida del segundo detector de solidos suspendidos totales, por lo que la salida excede un umbral predeterminado que causa que el controlador inicie un ensayo de coagulación.
