Abstract
Este dispositivo de encendido para un motor (1) de combustión interna tiene un circuito (47) de generación de voltaje de superposición que, después del inicio de la descarga por una bobina secundaria, aplica un voltaje de descarga y un voltaje de superposición de la misma dirección entre los electrodos de una bujía (29) de encendido y continúa una corriente de descarga, y crea una descarga de superposición en una región de descarga de superposición correspondiente a una alta tasa de recirculación del gas de escape. Cuando la carga del motor de combustión interna disminuye y se mueve de la región de descarga de superposición con una alta tasa de recirculación del gas de escape a una región de detención de la descarga de superposición con una baja tasa de recirculación del gas de escape, se proporciona un periodo ?T de retardo para detener la descarga de superposición. Después de que cierra una válvula de control de la recirculación de escape, la tasa de recirculación del gas de escape temporalmente aumenta debido a la disminución en el aire fresco, pero los fallos de encendido pueden ser prevenidos debido a que la descarga de superposición se continúa durante el periodo ?T de retardo.
