Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para la producción de una proteína de interés purificada utilizando una matriz de cromatografía de afinidad (AC) con la que se enlaza la proteína de interés, comprendiendo el método lavar la matriz de cromatografía de afinidad (AC) con una solución de lavado que comprende arginina o una molécula seleccionada del grupo que consiste en acetil-arginina, agmatina, ácido argínico, N-alfa-butiroil-L-arginina, y N-alfa-pivaloil-arginina, un pH de más de 8.0, en donde el lavado se lleva a cabo sin la presencia de una sal o reguladora del pH.
