Abstract
La presente divulgación proporciona composiciones y métodos para purificar una proteína tal como una desoxirribonucleasa utilizando un procedimiento cromatográfico; los métodos incluyen un solo paso cromatográfico y el uso de reguladores de pH salinos de alta concentración; la presente divulgación proporciona métodos para la purificación de una proteína a partir de una muestra que comprenden cargar la muestra en una columna cromatográfica y lavar la columna con por lo menos un regulador de pH que tiene una conductividad muy alta; en algunas modalidades, el regulador de pH de lavado tiene una conductividad de aproximadamente 50 mS/cm, aproximadamente 60 mS/cm, aproximadamente 70 mS/cm, aproximadamente 80 mS/cm, o mayor; en modalidades adicionales, la proteína se eluye de la columna con un regulador de pH de elución después del lavado con el regulador de pH de de conductividad muy alta.
