Abstract
Se suministra calor a un neumático (2) cerrado en un molde de vulcanización (3) para determinar la vulcanización del mismo. Durante el suministro de calor, se vigila el grado de reticulación que se alcanza en al menos una zona de detección (14a, 15a, 18a, 195) ubicada dentro del neumático (2), para interrumpir el suministro de calor cuando el grado de reticulación alcanza un valor de referencia predeterminado. Se compara un tiempo de vulcanización real, que transcurre entre el comienzo y la interrupción del suministro de calor, con un tiempo de vulcanización nominal predeterminado. Cuando la diferencia entre el tiempo de vulcanización real y el tiempo de vulcanización nominal supera al menos un umbral de atención predeterminado, se registra una advertencia de señal; A1 repetirse un número predeterminado de señales de aviso grabadas, se modifica la temperatura de funcionamiento del fluido calefactor, para modificar el tiempo de vulcanización real en los ciclos de vulcanización posteriores.
