Abstract

La invención se refiere a un material de proteína inmovilizada que comprende una proteína que se inmoviliza sobre un material de vidrio o polímero orgánico a través de ligación de etiqueta de afinidad. El material de vidrio puede ser un material de vidrio poroso tal como vidrio de porosidad controlada (híbrido). La invención también se refiere al uso de un material de enzima inmovilizada como un biocatalizador heterogéneo en la síntesis química. La invención se refiere adicionalmente a un método para la inmovilización de proteínas etiquetadas por afinidad sobre un material de vidrio o polímero orgánico, y a un método para la purificación y aislamiento de proteínas etiquetadas por afinidad mediante la inmovilización de tales proteínas sobre un material de vidrio o polímero orgánico.
