Abstract

La invención concierne un aparato (10) para tostar granos de café que comprende: - una cámara de tostado (1) que presenta una abertura inferior (11), - un impulsor de aire (2) configurado para impulsar un flujo de aire dentro de la cámara de tostado a través de la abertura inferior de dicha cámara, - un calentador eléctrico (3) ubicado debajo de la abertura inferior de la cámara configurado para calentar dicho flujo de aire impulsado a la abertura inferior de la cámara de tostado, en donde el aparato comprende un conducto (6) para impulsar el flujo de aire caliente desde el calentador (3) a la abertura inferior (11) de la cámara de tostado, y en donde dicho conducto (6) comprende una constricción transversal local (61), y en donde al menos una sonda de temperatura se ubica en dicha constricción transversal local (61) del conducto.
