Abstract
[Objeto] Se proporciona un enfriador que tiene una excelente capacidad de respuesta a cambios en las temperaturas de los refrigerantes y que es excelente en la precisión del control de temperatura. [Solución] Hay un primer circuito de refrigerante 3 que suministra un primer refrigerante 7 en un primer tanque 40 a una primera carga 5, un segundo circuito de refrigerante 4 que suministra un segundo refrigerante 8 en un segundo tanque 60 a una segunda carga 6, y un circuito de refrigeración 2 que ajusta las temperaturas del primer y segundo refrigerantes 7 y 8 para establecer temperaturas mediante intercambio de calor entre el primer y segundo refrigerantes 7 y 8 y los refrigerantes al utilizar los intercambiadores de calor 21 y 22. La temperatura establecida del segundo refrigerante 8 es igual a la temperatura establecida del primer refrigerante 7 o mayor que la temperatura establecida del segundo refrigerante 8, y la tasa de flujo establecida del primer refrigerante 7 es mayor que la tasa de flujo establecida del primer refrigerante 7, y el volumen del primer tanque 40 es mayor que el volumen del segundo tanque 60.
