Abstract
Description
以下に本発明の第1実施形態について図面を参照して説明する。
このように構成した冷却装置100によれば、冷蔵室11及び冷凍室12を同時に冷却する同時冷却運転を行うことから、冷却運転を行っていない蒸発器が無いので、当該蒸発器23A、23Bに冷媒が溜まりにくい。また、同時冷却運転において、冷蔵室11及び冷凍室12の負荷又はその変動に応じて冷媒制御弁31の開閉時間を制御するので、負荷又はその変動に応じて冷媒流量を応答性良く制御することができ、冷蔵室11及び冷凍室12の温度制御を優れた応答性で且つ精密に行うことができる。これにより、冷蔵室11及び冷凍室12に貯蔵された食品の劣化を遅くすることができる。さらに、蒸発器23A、23Bを過熱制御する場合において消費電力を低減することもできる。加えて、冷媒流量が少ない冷却装置において弁開度を制御するものではその制御が難しくなってしまうところ、本実施形態では冷媒制御弁31の開閉時間を制御することから、冷媒流量を容易に精度良く制御することができる。
なお、本発明は前記第1実施形態に限られるものではない。例えば前記第1実施形態では、冷蔵室11及び冷凍室12を有する冷却装置について説明したが、その他、図4に示すように、冷却温度の異なる3つ以上(図4では3つ)の冷却室に対応して設けられた3つの蒸発器23A〜23Cを有するものであっても良い。このとき、3つに分岐した冷媒分岐流路201〜203の分岐点に冷媒制御弁として四方弁31を設けて、各冷媒分岐流路201〜203の冷媒流量を調整することが考えられる。なお、24A〜24Cは、各蒸発器の上流に設けられた減圧手段である。

Claims (4)
- 冷却室と、
圧縮機、当該圧縮機の吐出側に設けられた凝縮器、当該凝縮器の吐出側及び前記圧縮機の吸入側の間に設けられ、前記冷却室を冷却する蒸発器、及び、前記蒸発器の吸入側に設けられた減圧手段を有する冷凍回路と、
前記凝縮器及び前記蒸発器の間に設けられた冷媒制御弁を1つ有し、前記冷媒制御弁の開閉時間を制御することにより前記蒸発器に流れる冷媒流量を調整する冷媒制御機構とを備える冷却装置。 - 冷却温度が互いに異なる複数の冷却室と、
圧縮機、当該圧縮機の吐出側に設けられた凝縮器、当該凝縮器の吐出側及び前記圧縮機の吸入側の間において互いに並列接続されるとともに前記冷却室毎に対応して設けられた複数の蒸発器、及び、前記各蒸発器の吸入側に設けられた複数の減圧手段を有する冷凍回路と、
前記凝縮器及び前記複数の蒸発器の間に設けられて各蒸発器に流れる冷媒流量を制御する冷媒制御弁を1つ有し、前記複数の冷却室を同時に冷却する同時冷却運転において、前記冷媒制御弁の開閉時間を制御することにより各蒸発器の流れる冷媒分流比をそれぞれ独立して調整する冷媒制御機構とを有する冷却装置。 - 前記冷媒制御機構が、前記冷媒制御弁の開閉時間を制御することにより、前記複数の蒸発器全てに冷媒を流す冷媒全部流し期間と、前記複数の蒸発器の一部に冷媒を流す冷媒一部流し期間とを交互に行う請求項2記載の冷却装置。
- 冷却温度が互いに異なる複数の冷却室と、
圧縮機、当該圧縮機の吐出側に設けられた凝縮器、当該凝縮器の吐出側及び前記圧縮機の吸入側の間において互いに並列接続されるとともに前記冷却室毎に対応して設けられた複数の蒸発器、及び、前記各蒸発器の吸入側に設けられた複数の減圧手段を有する冷凍回路と、
前記凝縮器及び前記複数の蒸発器の間に設けられた冷媒制御弁を1つ有し、前記複数の蒸発器のうち冷媒を供給する蒸発器を選択的に切り替える冷媒制御機構とを備え、
前記冷媒制御機構が、前記冷媒を供給する蒸発器を切り替えた後において、前記冷媒制御弁の開閉時間を制御することにより前記蒸発器に流れる冷媒流量を調整することを特徴とする冷却装置。
