Abstract
Se describe un microorganismo modificado genéticamente en donde se introduce un ácido nucleico que codifica una enzima que cataliza una reacción que reduce el 3-oxoadipil-CoA a 3-hidroxidipil-CoA. En el microorganismo modificado genéticamente, se lleva a cabo una de las siguientes acciones: se introduce un ácido nucleico que codifica cualquiera de los polipéptidos descritos en (a) a (c) a continuación; o, se mejora la expresión del polipéptido: (a) un polipéptido compuesto por una secuencia de aminoácidos representada por cualquiera de las SEC. ID NO.: 1-6 y 213, (b) un polipéptido que comprende cualquiera de las secuencias de aminoácidos de las SEC. ID NO.: 1-6 y 213 en el cual al menos un aminoácido ha sido sustituido, eliminado, insertado y/o añadido, el polipéptido tiene actividad enzimática que cataliza una reacción que reduce el 3-oxoadipil-CoA a 3-hidroxiadipil-CoA, y (c) un polipéptido que tiene una identidad de la secuencia con cualquiera de las secuencias de aminoácidos de las SEC. ID NO.: 1-6 y 213, el polipéptido que tienen actividad que reduce el 3-oxoadipil- CoA a 3-hidroxiadipil-CoA.
