Abstract

Un método para producir componentes o perfiles a partir de por lo menos una masa plástica solidificable en una instalación de moldeo por inyección, dicho método comprendiendo componentes de molde estacionarios y componentes de molde que son móviles con respecto a éstos. El método comprende las siguientes etapas: a) inyección de una masa plástica solidificable en un canal (10, 10') formado en los componentes de molde móviles y, de allí, a través de conexiones (9, 9') b1) ya sea en porciones dentro de una cavidad de molde individual (8) b2) o una después de la otra dentro de cavidades de molde individuales (8'), c) en donde el canal (10, 10') en la región del sitio de colado, así como en una zona delantera ubicada en un lado del sitio de colado en una dirección contraria a aquella del movimiento de los componentes de molde móviles y en una zona trasera ubicada en el otro lado del sitio de colado en la dirección de movimiento de los componentes de molde móviles, está cerrado por al menos un componente de molde estacionario de temperatura controlada, d) en donde en el canal (10, 10'), se forma un hilo de masa del canal continuo con hilos de masa de fijación, el cual es transportado lejos del sitio de colado con enfriamiento y solidificación en aumento y longitud en aumento, junto con las cavidades de molde (8') y porciones de cavidad de molde (8) llenas, e) en donde el hilo de masa del canal, junto con los hilos de masa de conexión, después de su solidificación y después de la apertura de la cavidad de molde (8') o las cavidades de molde (8), es separado del (de los) componente(s), y f) el componente o los componentes es/son expulsados.
