Abstract
La presente invención proporciona un dispositivo de pulido de cara final capaz de mejorar a precisión de pulido mediante pulido de una cara final de una férula para fibra óptica con presión de pulido ajustada. Un dispositivo 1 de pulido de cara final para férula para fibra óptica para pulir una cara final de una férula para fibra óptica mediante la aplicación de una presión de pulido entre una placa 5 de pulido impulsada por una flecha de impulsión de pulido y una férula para fibra óptica sujetada por una porción 9 de sujeción. El dispositivo de pulido de cara final de férula para fibra óptica tiene: una porción de cojinete para permitir que la placa 5 de pulido gire relativamente alrededor de la flecha de impulsión de pulido y mover relativamente a la flecha de impulsión de pulido en una dirección axial; una porción 31 de soporte de guía de placa de pulido para soportar de manera movible la placa 5 de pulido en una porción 3 de base para aplicar la presión de pulido a la porción 9 de sujeción permitiendo que la placa 5 de pulido se mueva en la dirección axial; una fuente 15 de impulsión de presión para producir de manera ajustable una fuerza de impulsión para aplicar la presión de pulido; y un mecanismo 21 de transmisión de fuerza de presión para transmitir la fuerza de impulsión que sale de la fuente 15 de impulsión de presión como una fuerza de presión en la dirección de movimiento axial de la placa 5 de pulido.
