Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un aparato 1 para el corte láser o plasma de piezas P a partir de material laminar embobinado. Éste comprende: - una estación de corte 10, equipada con al menos una cabeza de corte 11 movible dentro de un área de corte operativa 12, la cual se coloca entre una entrada 10' y una salida 10" de la estación a lo largo de una dirección de avance longitudinal X del material y se obtiene arriba de una cavidad receptora 13 de la viruta de corte; - medios 21, 22, 23 para colocar una porción de un material laminar en el área de corte operativa sobre un plano de corte m colocado arriba de la cavidad receptora; y - una unidad de control electrónica 100 a cargo de controlar la operación del aparato. Los medios de posicionamiento 21, 22, 23 son adecuados para mantener la porción del material laminar M bloqueado sobre el plano de corte m durante las operaciones de corte, suspendido en el aire y longitudinalmente estirado sobre la cavidad receptora antes mencionada. Los medios de posicionamiento antes mencionados comprenden tres dispositivos de bloqueo separados, 21, 22, 23 cada uno de los cuales es susceptible de actuar reversiblemente en bloqueo sobre una porción transversal del material laminar y de pasarse a través mediante una porción del material laminar colocado sobre dicho plano de corte. Los tres dispositivos 21, 22, 23 se colocan en sucesión a lo largo de esta dirección longitudinal. Un primer dispositivo 21 se coloca cerca de la entrada; un segundo dispositivo 22 se coloca cerca de la salida 10" y un tercer dispositivo 23 se coloca entre el primer y segundo dispositivo. Al menos el tercer dispositivo 23 es movible en la dirección longitudinal X en el espacio comprendido entre los otros dos dispositivos 21, 22. La unidad de control electrónica 100 se programa para coordinar la actuación de los tres dispositivos de bloqueo 21, 22, 23 en bloqueo y en desbloqueo sobre el material laminar, de forma que una porción del material laminar dentro de la estación de corte puede mantenerse bajo tensión sobre el plano de corte al combinar la acción del primer dispositivo de bloqueo 21 con el tercer dispositivo 23 o con el segundo dispositivo de bloqueo 22, el cual es posible que de ese modo libere el desplazamiento del tercer dispositivo de bloqueo 23 con respecto a dicha porción del material laminar, mientras que continúa manteniendo éste último bajo tensión.
