Claims (14)
1. Uređaj za lasersko ili plazma rezanje dijelova (P) od laminarnog materijala namotanih na zavojnice, koji sadrži:
- stanicu za rezanje (10), opremljenu barem jednom glavom za lasersko ili plazma rezanje (11) pomičnom unutar operativnog područja za rezanje (12), koja je postavljena između ulaza (10') i izlaza (10") laminarnog materijala u i iz navedene stanice (10) u smjeru uzdužnog pomicanja (X) navedenog materijala i dobiva se iznad prihvatne šupljine (13) reznog rebra laminarnog materijala;
- sredstvo (21, 22, 23) za pozicioniranje dijela navedenog laminarnog materijala u navedenom operativnom području (12) na ravnini za rezanje (m) postavljenoj iznad navedene prihvatne šupljine (13), pri čemu su navedena sredstva za pozicioniranje (21, 22, 23) prikladna za održavanje navedenog dijela laminarnog materijala (M) blokiranog na navedenoj ravnini rezanja (m) tijekom zahvata rezanja, suspendiranog u zraku i uzdužno ispruženog iznad navedene prihvatne šupljine (13);
- potpornu konstrukciju (60) koja je postavljena nizvodno od navedene stanice za rezanje (10) i koja definira potpornu ravninu za laminarni materijal koji napušta stanicu za rezanje, i
- elektroničku upravljačku jedinicu (100) odgovornu za upravljanje radom navedenog uređaja (1);
naznačen time što navedena sredstva za pozicioniranje sadrže tri različita uređaja za zaključavanje (21, 22, 23), od kojih je svaki podložan povratnom zaključavanju na poprečni dio laminarnog materijala i kroz koji prolazi dio laminarnog materijala postavljen na navedenu ravninu za rezanje (m), pri čemu su navedena tri uređaja (21, 22, 23) poredana u nizu duž navedenog uzdužnog smjera pomicanja (X) unutar stanice za rezanje (10), pri čemu je prvi uređaj (21) postavljen u blizini navedenog ulaza (10'), drugi uređaj (22) postavljen je u blizini navedenog izlaza (10 "), a treći uređaj (23) postavljen je između navedenog prvog i navedenog drugog uređaja (21, 22), od tri uređaja za zaključavanje (21, 22, 23) barem je navedeni treći uređaj (23) pomičan duž navedenog uzdužnog smjera pomicanja (X) u prostoru koji se nalazi između navedenog prvog i drugog uređaja (21, 22) i u toj navedenoj elektroničkoj upravljačkoj jedinici (100) programiran je za koordinaciju aktiviranja tri uređaja za zaključavanje (21, 22, 23) u zaključavanju i otključavanju laminarnog materijala, na takav način da se dio laminarnog materijala unutar stanice za rezanje (10) može držati pod naponom na ravnini za rezanje (m) kombiniranjem djelovanja prvog uređaja za zaključavanje (21) s trećim uređajem (23) ili s drugim uređajem za zaključavanje (22), čime je moguće osloboditi prijevod trećeg uređaja za zaključavanje (23) s obzirom na navedeni dio laminarnog materijala, dok je potonji i dalje održavan pod naponom.
2. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je navedena elektronička upravljačka jedinica (100) programirana da koordinira djelovanje navedene najmanje jedne glave za rezanje (11), aktiviranje triju uređaja za zaključavanje (21, 22, 23) i uzdužno translacijsko kretanje navedenog trećeg uređaja (23), tako da, u slučaju kada je potrebno rezanje dijela (P) koji ima uzdužni nastavak (L1) veći od uzdužnog nastavka (L0) operativnog područja za rezanje (12), postupci rezanja navedenog dijela (P) vremenski su podijeljeni u dva ili više različitih koraka rezanja koji se provode u slijedu na dva ili više sljedećih uzdužnih dijelova laminarnog materijala, koji ostaju povezani jedni s drugima u jednom tijelu i uzastopno povučen unutar operativnog područja rezanja, a zatim iz navedenog područja izvučen trećim uređajem za zaključavanje koji vrši pomicanje dijelova između navedenog ulaza (10') i navedenog izlaza (10"), pri čemu se na dolaznom putu prema ulazu (10') treći uređaj (23) aktivira u otključavanju kako bi se preveo s obzirom na laminarni materijal, a druga dva uređaja za zaključavanje (21, 22) aktiviraju se u zaključavanju kako bi držali dio materijala zategnut na ravnini za rezanje (m), dok se na povratnom putu prema izlazu (10") treći uređaj (23) aktivira u zaključavanju kako bi povukao laminarni materijal sa sobom i druga dva uređaja za zaključavanje ( 21, 22) aktiviraju se u otključavanju kako bi se omogućilo slobodno klizanje navedenog laminarnog materijala na ravnini za rezanje (m).
3. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačen time što je navedena elektronička upravljačka jedinica (100) programirana na takav način da se nakon završetka rezanja zadnjeg dijela navedenog dijela (P), treći uređaj (23) se vraća u blizinu prvog uređaja (22) prema ulazu (10') i tamo steže laminarni materijal, i glava za rezanje (11) aktivira se za poprečni rez između prvog (21) i trećeg uređaja (23) tako da se navedeni dio (P) odvoji od uzlaznog laminarnog materijala i pri čemu se nakon navedenog poprečnog rezanja treći uređaj (23) prevede prema izlazu (10") do drugog uređaja za zaključavanje (22), koji se aktivira u otključavanju, da bi se gurnuo i zadnji dio dijela (P) izvan operativnog područja za rezanje (12) na navedenoj potpornoj strukturi (60).

Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2 ili 3, naznačen time što je navedena elektronička upravljačka jedinica (100) programirana tako da se tijekom koraka rezanja dijela laminarnog materijala, prvi (21) i treći uređaj za zaključavanje (23) aktiviraju u zaključavanju radi zatezanja navedenog dijela laminarnog materijala u uzdužnom smjeru i drugi se uređaj za zaključavanje (22) umjesto toga aktivira u otključavanju, pri čemu je navedeni treći uređaj (23) postavljen u blizini drugog uređaja (22).
5. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, 2, 3 ili 4, naznačen time što je navedena elektronička upravljačka jedinica (100) programirana da koordinira aktiviranje triju uređaja za zaključavanje (21, 22, 23) u zaključavanju i otključavanju laminarnog materijala i kretanju navedenog trećeg uređaja (23), tako da se navedeni treći uređaj za zaključavanje (23) koristi za povlačenje unutar operativnog područja za rezanje (10) slobodnog dijela laminarnog materijala umetnutog u navedeni prvi uređaj (21), u takvom postupku druga dva uređaja za zaključavanje (21, 22) koji se aktiviraju i otključavaju kako bi se omogućilo slobodno klizanje laminarnog materijala na ravnini za rezanje (m).
6. Uređaj u skladu s jednim od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se navedeni treći uređaj za zaključavanje (23) sastoji od najmanje jedne stezaljke (21) koja je klizno vođena paralelno s uzdužnim smjerom pomicanja X materijala potpornom konstrukcijom stanice za rezanje (10).
7. Uređaj u skladu s jednim od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što prvi (21) i navedeni drugi uređaj za zaključavanje (22) imaju svoj vlastiti fiksni položaj u navedenoj stanici za rezanje (10).
8. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se navedeni prvi (21) i navedeni drugi uređaji za zaključavanje (22) sastoje od najmanje jedne fiksirane stezaljke ili para suprotnih valjaka.
9. Uređaj u skladu s jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je potporna ravnina za laminarni materijal koji izlazi iz stanice za rezanje definirane navedenom potpornom strukturom (60) u osnovi koplanarna sa navedenom ravninom za rezanje (m).
10. Uređaj prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se potporna konstrukcija (60) postavljena nizvodno od navedene stanice za rezanje (10) sastoji od valjkastog stola.
11. Uređaj u skladu s jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što potporna konstrukcija (60) postavljena nizvodno od navedene stanice za rezanje (10) ima unaprijed definirani uzdužni nastavak, ovisno o produžetku u duljini dijelova (P) koji se obrađuju u navedenom uređaju za rezanje (1).
12. Uređaj u skladu s jednim od prethodnih zahtjeva, koji sadrži, uzvodno od ulaza (10') u stanicu za rezanje (10), sredstava (40) za vođenje i ravnanje na ravnini za rezanje (m) laminarnog materijala (M) koji dolazi iz zavojnice duž uzdužnog smjera pomicanja (X) materijala.
13. Uređaj u skladu s jednim od prethodnih zahtjeva, koji sadrži, nizvodno od izlaza (10") od stanice za rezanje (10), sredstva (50) za izvlačenje laminarnog materijala (M) iz navedene stanice za rezanje (10), poželjno navedena sredstva za izvlačenje (50) koja se sastoje od najmanje para valjaka za izvlačenje.
14. Uređaj u skladu sa zahtjevom 13, naznačen time što je navedena elektronička upravljačka jedinica (100) programirana da koordinira aktiviranje navedenog sredstva za izvlačenje (50) s translacijskim kretanjem trećeg uređaja za zaključavanje (23) na takav način da se dio laminarnog materijala potiskuje kako bi izašao iz operativnog područja za rezanje navedenim trećim uređajem (23) što se održava uglavnom koplanarno ravnini za rezanje (m) pomoću navedenih sredstava za izvlačenje (50).
