Abstract

Problema a Ser Resuelto El objetivo de la presente invención es proporcionar un catalizador que es sumamente activo en una reacción de deshidrogenación de un hidrocarburo alquilaromático no solo en unas regiones de alta temperatura (por ejemplo 600 a 650°C) como se encuentra en la entrada de un lecho de catalizador en un aparato para la producción de SM sino también en las regiones de baja temperatura (por ejemplo bajo 600°C) como se encuentra en la salida de un lecho de catalizador en un aparato para la producción de SM, donde la temperatura disminuye como resultado de la reacción endotérmica; y un proceso para producir el catalizador; y un proceso de deshidrogenación que utiliza el catalizador. [Solución] El objetivo se logra a través de un catalizador para deshidrogenar un hidrocarburo alquilaromático, el catalizador contiene hierro (Fe), potasio (K), y cerio (Ce), y al menos un elemento de tierras raras diferente a cerio.
