Abstract
Un aparato para fabricar un cigüeñal forjado que incluye un par de matrices superior e inferior (10) y una primera herramienta (20). El par de matrices (10) deforma las primeras porciones de exceso (Aaa, Aba) y engrosa así ambas porciones laterales de un brazo de cigüeñal en basto (A'), en una región cercana a un muñón de biela en basto (P') adyacente al mismo. La primera herramienta (20) se encaja en un espacio abierto (10b) hecho con un par de matrices (10), y es capaz de ponerse en contacto con una superficie que da al muñón de bancada en basto (J') del brazo de cigüeñal en basto (A'), a excepción de las porciones laterales en la región cercana al muñón de biela en basto adyacente (P'). El primer par de matrices (10) y la primera herramienta (20) tienen primeras guías que van a guiar la primera herramienta desde una posición de retracción a una posición de contacto. Las primeras guías incluyen una primera guía dispuesta al menos en una superficie superior (20b) y una superficie inferior (20c) de la primera herramienta (20).
