um equipamento para produzir um virabrequim forjado é fornecido com um par de moldes superior e inferior (10) e uma primeira ferramenta (20). os moldes (10) executam o processamento para deformar as primeiras partes excessivamente grossas (aaa, aba) e aumentar a espessura de ambas as partes laterais na vizinhança de uma parte de pino bruto (p´) para uma parte de braço de manivela bruto (a?). a primeira ferramenta (20) é acomodada em uma parte aberta (10b) dos moldes (10) e entra em contato com a superfície exceto para uma região em ambas as partes laterais na vizinhança de uma parte de pino bruto (p?) na superfície em uma parte do lado do moente bruto (j?) da arte de braço de manivela bruto (a?). os moldes (10) e a primeira ferramenta (20) têm, cada um, uma primeira parte de guia para guiar a primeira ferramenta (20) desde a posição retraída até a posição de contato. pelo menos uma entre a superfície superior (20b) e a superfície inferior (20c) da primeira ferramenta 20 é fornecida com a primeira parte de guia.
