resumo patente de invenção: "máquina e processo para tornear pelo menos ressaltos planos de um eixo de manivela que circunda pinos de manivela". a presente invenção refere-se a um eixo de manivela, os ressaltos planos estreitos (9), que são localizados próximos ao pino de mancal (4), nas faces adjacentes (3) do eixo de manivela, são trabalhados por torneamento por meio de uma ferramenta rotativa (14). no processo, o eixo de manivela, que é fixado em uma maneira fixa, gira em torno do eixo de rotação e fixação (22), no qual também o eixo longitudinal central, formado pelos pinos de mancal centrais (2) do eixo de manivela, é localizado. por conseguinte, os pinos de mancal (4) giram com o eixo geométrico (6) deles em uma rota circular em torno do eixo de rotação e fixação (22). a ferramenta rotativa (14) rastreia os pinos de mancal móveis (4) com relação aos seus movimentos vertical e lateral, em duas direções de movimento (32, 36) que são perpendiculares entre si. por conseguinte, a ferramenta rotativa (14) fica em acoplamento lateral consistente com o ressalto plano (9) do pino de mancal (4).
