Abstract

La invención se refiere a un dispositivo para determinar un analito unido a células en una muestra líquida, que comprende una matriz de separación con al menos una zona indicadora. La invención se caracteriza en que la zona indicadora comprende un primer anticuerpo dirigido contra el analito unido a células o un fragmento del mismo, y un elemento de enlace dirigido contra el primer anticuerpo, el primer anticuerpo siendo un anticuerpo incompleto. La matriz de separación de preferencia está diseñada en forma de la membrana de un dispositivo de ensayo de flujo lateral o a manera de una matriz de gel. En una manera particularmente preferida, el dispositivo comprende una membrana (2) con una zona de cargado (5) para aplicar la muestra líquida, al menos una zona indicadora que puede interactuar con el analito unido a células, y al menos una región de absorción (3) que absorbe el líquido después de pasar la zona indicadora. La zona indicadora yace entre la zona de cargado (5) y la región de absorción (3). La invención está caracterizada en que la zona indicadora comprende un anticuerpo dirigido contra el analito unido a células o un fragmento del mismo, y un elemento de unión dirigido contra el primer anticuerpo, el primer anticuerpo siendo un anticuerpo incompleto.
