Abstract
La presente descripción da a conocer polipéptidos de unión (p. ej., anticuerpos) y sus conjugados de restos de direccionamiento, que comprenden un enlace glucano genéticamente modificado específicamente para el sitio dentro de glucanos naturales o genéticamente modificados del polipéptido de unión. La presente descripción también da a conocer ácidos nucleicos que codifican los polipéptidos de unión al antígeno, vectores de expresión recombinantes y células hospedantes para elaborar dichos polipéptidos de unión al antígeno. También se dan a conocer métodos para uso de los polipéptidos de unión al antígeno descritos en este documento para tratar enfermedades.
