Abstract
Se proporciona un método para la preparación de un sirope o concentrado que contienen una o más suspensiones estables de glucósidos de esteviol que comprende las etapas de: añadir uno o más glucósidos de esteviol a una solución acuosa para proporcionar una mezcla de esteviol; ajustar ph de la mezcla de esteviol a temperatura ambiente a un ph en un intervalo de aproximadamente 7 a 9 después de ajustar nuevamente el ph de la mezcla de esteviol con una cantidad suficiente de una solución ácida acuosa, a un ph en un intervalo de aproximadamente 2 a 4 para proporcionar un concentrado líquido para bebidas que contiene una suspensión estable de partículas sólidas de uno o más glucósidos de esteviol que tienen un tamaño de aproximadamente 10 a 80 um de largo y 0.1 a 2 um de espesor, y que tiene una concentración de hasta aproximadamente 1000 a 3000 ppm.
