Abstract

En la presente se proporcionan composiciones edulcoloradas que comprenden al menos un edulcolorante y rebaidiósido X. El rebaudiósido X está presente en las composiciones edulcoloradas con una concentración igual o inferior al umbral de reconocimiento del dulzor, mientras que el edulcolortante o edulcolorantes están presentes con una concentración superior a su umbral de reconocimiento del dulzor. El rebaudiósido X actúa para potenciar el dulzor de las composiciones edulcoloradas con un contenido calórico reducido.
