Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a las composiciones de isomalto oligosacáridos (IMO) novedosos que contienen isomaltulosa, los métodos para preparar las mismas y sus usos. Específicamente, las composiciones IMO de conformidad con la presente solicitud contienen isomaltulosa, la cual es un componente del azúcar que no está contenida en productos actuales disponibles con isomalto oligosacáridos; y tienen una calidad y grado de dulzura diferente de los productos existentes con isomalto oligosacáridos y por lo tanto pueden ser utilizadas como edulcorantes para varias aplicaciones.
