Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un método para acelerar la oxidación de una composición de grasa para un uso en la preparación de composiciones saborizantes de alimentos, en donde la oxidación se acelera debido a la presencia de un alga en la mezcla de reacción. Aspectos adicionales de la invención son la composición de grasa activada así como productos alimenticios tales como productos saborizantes o sazonadores concentrados, condimentos, salsas, salsas de carne o productos alimenticios listos para el consumo que comprenden dichas composiciones de grasa activada.
