Abstract

Provided is a flavouring composition that imparts cooked flavour, and can be easily produced and widely used. The flavouring composition contains: (A) 3,4-dimethylthiopene and (B) at least one chemical compound selected from the group consisting of dipropyltrisulfide, 2-methyl-2-pentenal and furfuryl alcohol, and the weight ratio of (A) and (B) is 1:6x10-8 to 5x107.
