Abstract
La presente invención trata sobre un agente ignífugo inorgánico no halogenado a base de Lodo Rojo modificado y carbonizado (MKRS-HT) con una composición mineral de10 - 50 porcentaje de peso de compuestos de hierro, 12 - 35 porcentaje de peso de compuestos de aluminio, 5 - 17 porcentaje de peso de compuestos de Silicio, 2 - 10 porcentaje de peso de Dióxido de Titanio, 0,5 - 6 porcentaje de peso de compuestos de Calcio y dado el caso posibles impurezas inevitables, donde la relación de peso entre Carbonato de Hierro (II) con los Óxidos de Hierro es al menos 1, que puede ser utilizado en el intervalo de alta temperatura como retardador de llama, así como un agente ignífugo inorgánico no halogenado a base de Lodo Rojo modificado carbonizado y rehidratado, que puede ser utilizado tanto in intervalos de baja temperatura como en intervalos de alta temperatura como retardador de llama, los procesos para su producción, así como para su utilización como retardador de llama. Más allá trata la presente invención un sistema de materiales antiflama, así como un proceso para su fabricación. Más allá es el compuesto según esta invención predestinado para el campo de aplicación de agravantes de lodos de perforación, apantallamientos radioactivos y electromagnético, así como de aditivos para tierra para plantas.
