本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐高温防火涂料。
背景技术
建筑防火是消防科学技术的一个重要领域,而防火涂料又是防火建筑材料中的重要组成部分,防火涂料是指涂装在物体表面,可防止火灾发生,阻止火势蔓延传播或隔离火源,延长基材着火时间或增加绝热性能以推迟结构破坏时间的一类涂料。现有的防火涂料阻燃效果不理想,耐高温的能力差,制约着建筑领域的发展。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种能够耐受高温,防火阻燃性好,能对火势的蔓延较好的阻滞,且安全无污染,经济性好的耐高温防火涂料。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种耐高温防火涂料,由以下质量份数的原料制成:
膨胀珍珠岩11-14份,硅酸铝纤维4-7份,季戊四醇8-11份,氟碳树脂30-35份,高岭土7-9份,硅藻土6-7份,二甲基硅油6-8份,羟乙基纤维素11-13份,丙烯酸乳液21-27份,聚磷酸铵7-9份,过氯乙烯8-10份,氧化铝5-8份,水50-60份。
上述的耐高温防火涂料,由以下质量份数的原料制成:
膨胀珍珠岩12份,硅酸铝纤维6份,季戊四醇10份,氟碳树脂33份,高岭土8份,硅藻土6.5份,二甲基硅油7份,羟乙基纤维素12份,丙烯酸乳液24份,聚磷酸铵8份,过氯乙烯9份,氧化铝7份,水55份。
本发明解决技术问题所带来的有益效果在于:本发明能够耐受高温,防火阻燃性好,能对火势的蔓延较好的阻滞,且安全无污染,经济性好。
