本发明公开了一种防火涂料,包括如下重量份数的成分:氟碳树脂50~65份;膨胀珍珠岩20~32份;硅藻土22~28份;硅酸铝纤维10~16份;柔性乳液12~22份;季戊四醇5~8份;增稠剂6~8份;本发明的防火涂料,具有优良的防火性能,阻燃效果好,隔热能力强,可以适应较高的温度环境,同时具有一定的耐腐蚀耐潮等性能,不起尘、易打理。

本发明涉及一种防火涂料。
背景技术
随着科学技术的进步,人类生活水平的提高,人们对室内环境、空气质量的要求越来越高;同时现代工业对地坪提出了越来越严格的要求,如食品、医药等工业要求地坪不起灰,无有害挥发物,干净无尘;机械工业要求耐强烈的机械冲击,耐磨损,能长期经受叉车等车辆的辗轧,即使局部损坏也容易维修;机床、仪器仪表等工业车间地面常受到各种油类侵蚀渗漏,难以彻底清除,要求地坪耐油性好,化学工业则要求地坪能耐各种化学介质的腐蚀;因此随着涂料技术的飞快发展,为了适应不同的场合、环境,涂料需要满足相应的特性。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种防火涂料。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种防火涂料,包括如下重量份数的成分:
氟碳树脂 50~65份;
膨胀珍珠岩 20~32份;
硅藻土 22~28份;
硅酸铝纤维 10~16份;
柔性乳液 12~22份;
季戊四醇 5~8份;
增稠剂 6~8份。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的有益效果是:提供一种防火涂料,具有优良的防火性能,阻燃效果好,隔热能力强,可以适应较高的温度环境,同时具有一定的耐腐蚀耐潮等性能,不起尘、易打理。
