本发明公开了一种高效防水涂料,包括如下重量份数的成分:氟碳树脂65~80份;硅藻土22~34份;纳米氧化硅5~8份;苯乙烯6~12份;阻燃剂2~6份;钛白粉3~7份;分散剂4~8份;消泡剂2~5份;本发明的高效防水涂料,其成膜能力好,并具有较强的防水效果,同时具有一定的阻燃、防腐效果,可以适应各种环境,具有很好的韧性,附着力强、不易脱落。

本发明涉及一种高效防水涂料。
背景技术
随着科学技术的进步,人类生活水平的提高,人们对室内环境、空气质量的要求越来越高;同时现代工业对地坪提出了越来越严格的要求,如食品、医药等工业要求地坪不起灰,无有害挥发物,干净无尘;机械工业要求耐强烈的机械冲击,耐磨损,能长期经受叉车等车辆的辗轧,即使局部损坏也容易维修;机床、仪器仪表等工业车间地面常受到各种油类侵蚀渗漏,难以彻底清除,要求地坪耐油性好,化学工业则要求地坪能耐各种化学介质的腐蚀;因此随着涂料技术的飞快发展,为了适应不同的场合、环境,涂料需要满足相应的特性。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种高效防水涂料。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种高效防水涂料,包括如下重量份数的成分:
氟碳树脂 65~80份;
硅藻土 22~34份;
纳米氧化硅 5~8份;
苯乙烯 6~12份;
阻燃剂 2~6份;
钛白粉 3~7份;
分散剂 4~8份;
消泡剂 2~5份。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的有益效果是:提供一种高效防水涂料,其成膜能力好,并具有较强的防水效果,同时具有一定的阻燃、防腐效果,可以适应各种环境,具有很好的韧性,附着力强、不易脱落。
