本发明公开了一种耐火性能好的新型防火涂料,所述耐火性能好的新型防火涂料,由以下重量份的原料制成:膨胀珍珠岩10~15份、硅酸铝纤维8~12份、柔性乳液15~20份、季戊四醇3~5份、氟碳树脂8~16份、增稠剂2~4份、助剂10~18份、抗菌剂2~6份、阻燃剂10~12份。所述阻燃剂的组成为:二氧化锑13%~14%、硫酸胺0.2%~0.3%、氢氧化镁10%~20%、柠檬酸10%~20%,其余为硅藻土。本发明提供的耐火性能好的新型防火涂料,组分简单,成本低廉,耐火能力好,具有阻燃时间长,拉伸粘度高,防火性好的优点;阻燃剂的配方合理、成本低廉,阻燃效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及防火产品领域,具体是一种耐火性能好的新型防火涂料。
背景技术
防火涂料是用于可燃性基材表面,能降低被涂材料表面的可燃性、阻滞火灾的迅速蔓延,用以提高被涂材料耐火极限,减缓火焰蔓延传播速度,或在一定时间内能阻止燃烧。但是,普通的防火涂料发泡隔热强度低,易脱落,可能会造成防火能力降低。
目前,公知的很多日常用品包括家具、地板、壁纸等,其在为生活带来实用、美观、时尚的同时,亦存在着很多的隐患;燃烧时产生大量的有害气体,不仅对人们的身体健康安全带来不利,同时也破坏了周边的生态环境。虽然阻燃剂被广泛的用于生活的各个方面,但对物品进行阻燃处理时,仍存在新的技术问题。
发明内容
一种耐火性能好的新型防火涂料,由以下重量份的原料制成:膨胀珍珠岩10~15份、硅酸铝纤维8~12份、柔性乳液15~20份、季戊四醇3~5份、氟碳树脂8~16份、增稠剂2~4份、助剂10~18份、抗菌剂2~6份、阻燃剂10~12份。所述阻燃剂的组成为:二氧化锑13%~14%、硫酸胺0.2%~0.3%、氢氧化镁10%~20%、柠檬酸10%~20%,其余为硅藻土。
作为进一步的方案,由以下重量份的原料制成:膨胀珍珠岩13份、硅酸铝纤维10份、柔性乳液17份、季戊四醇4份、氟碳树脂12份、增稠剂3份、助剂14份、抗菌剂4份、阻燃剂11份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的耐火性能好的新型防火涂料,组分简单,成本低廉,耐火能力好,具有阻燃时间长,拉伸粘度高,防火性好的优点;阻燃剂的配方合理、成本低廉,阻燃效果好。

本发明实施例中,一种耐火性能好的新型防火涂料,由以下重量份的原料制成:膨胀珍珠岩15份、硅酸铝纤维12份、柔性乳液20份、季戊四醇5份、氟碳树脂16份、增稠剂4份、助剂18份、抗菌剂6份、阻燃剂12份。所述阻燃剂的组成为:二氧化锑14%、硫酸胺0.3%、氢氧化镁20%、柠檬酸20%,其余为硅藻土。
实施例2
本发明实施例中,一种耐火性能好的新型防火涂料,由以下重量份的原料制成:膨胀珍珠岩13份、硅酸铝纤维10份、柔性乳液17份、季戊四醇4份、氟碳树脂12份、增稠剂3份、助剂14份、抗菌剂4份、阻燃剂11份。所述阻燃剂的组成为:二氧化锑13.5%、硫酸胺0.25%、氢氧化镁15%、柠檬酸15%,其余为硅藻土。
实施例3
本发明实施例中,一种耐火性能好的新型防火涂料,由以下重量份的原料制成:膨胀珍珠岩10份、硅酸铝纤维8份、柔性乳液15份、季戊四醇3份、氟碳树脂8份、增稠剂2份、助剂10份、抗菌剂2份、阻燃剂10份。所述阻燃剂的组成为:二氧化锑13%、硫酸胺0.2%、氢氧化镁10%、柠檬酸10%,其余为硅藻土。
