Abstract

本发明公开了一种膨胀型防火涂料,由以下组分混合而成:乳液,聚磷酸铵,三聚氰胺,聚戊四醇,水,填料。本发明的防火涂料,使用了聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液,涂膜外观平整,装饰性好,配方设计中,聚磷酸铵与季戊四醇和钛白粉之间调整到最佳配比,耐火性能更好。掺入一定量的钛白粉能显著改善炭层膨胀高度,提高耐火极限。另外硅藻土的加入可以带来炭层膨胀高度、强度、烧蚀率及耐火极限的提高。

一种膨胀型防火涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体涉及一种膨胀型防火涂料。
背景技术
被动型防火材料广泛用于保护钢结构,使其免遭火场高温的直接作用,延长钢结构达到临界温度的时间,提高整个钢结构建筑物在火场中的稳定性、可靠性。按机理分类,被动型防火材料可分为非反应型和反应型,前者如防火板、防火砖等,而后者最典型的就是膨胀型防火涂料。
从理论上来讲,常态下膨胀型防火涂料的外观平整,装饰性好。在高温条件下,涂层会发生一系列化学反应,促使涂层体积发生数倍或数十倍的增长,涂层增长形成的“泡沫状”隔热层(以下称炭层)对钢结构形成保护作用。膨胀过程主要由炭源(如季戊四醇)、酸源(如聚磷酸铵)、气源(如三聚氰胺)三者与成膜树脂协同反应而成。
发明内容
本发明目的在于,提供一种外观平整,装饰性好,耐火性能佳的防火涂料,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种膨胀型防火涂料,其特征在于,由以下组分按重量百分比混合而成:
乳液10-25份
聚磷酸铵20-40份
三聚氰胺10-20份
聚戊四醇5-15份
水5-18份
填料10-25份。
进一步地,所述的乳液是聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液。
进一步地,所述的填料由钛白粉和硅藻土按照重量比为3:1混合组成。
进一步地,所述钛白粉的TiO2含量大于93%。
进一步地,所述硅藻土的SiO2含量大于85%。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果是:本发明的防火涂料,使用了聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液,涂膜外观平整,装饰性好,配方设计中,聚磷酸铵与季戊四醇和钛白粉之间调整到最佳配比,耐火性能更好。掺入一定量的钛白粉能显著改善炭层膨胀高度,提高耐火极限。另外硅藻土的加入可以带来炭层膨胀高度、强度、烧蚀率及耐火极限的提高。

实施例3:一种膨胀型防火涂料,其特征在于,由以下组分按重量百分比混合而成:
聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液14份
聚磷酸铵28份
三聚氰胺18份
聚戊四醇9份
水15份
TiO2含量大于93%的钛白粉12份
SiO2含量大于85%的硅藻土4份。

聚磷酸铵20-40份
三聚氰胺10-20份
聚戊四醇5-15份
水5-18份
填料10-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的膨胀型防火涂料,其特征在于,所述的乳液是聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的膨胀型防火涂料,其特征在于,所述的填料由钛白粉和硅藻土按照重量比为3:1混合组成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的膨胀型防火涂料,其特征在于,所述钛白粉的TiO2含量大于93%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的膨胀型防火涂料,其特征在于,所述硅藻土的SiO2含量大于85%。
