本发明揭示了一种防腐防火涂料,由基料、防腐剂、紫外稳定剂、固化剂以及阻燃剂组成,所述基料为聚乙烯醇,所述防腐剂为山梨酸钾,所述紫外稳定剂为单苯甲酸间苯二酚酯,所述固化剂为甲阶酚醛树脂,所述的阻燃剂为微胶囊化红磷。该产品采用基料、防腐剂、紫外稳定剂、固化剂以及阻燃剂五种成分制得,制得的产品具有附着力好,防腐性能优,寿命长,常温快速固化,施工简便,附着力好、柔韧性好,适应性宽并且在防止火灾方面有显著的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及建材领域,具体涉及一种防腐防火涂料。
背景技术
防腐涂料已成为涂料领域的重要的生力军,防腐涂料发挥着越来越大的作用,发展前景可观。但传统产品逐渐改进完善,新的产品不断研发问世,要适应防腐市场和环保法规发展中新的标准和要求,尚需积极进取,持续创新。随着社会的高速发展,发生意外的几率也大大提高,特别是炎热干燥的天气,火灾发生的几率大大提高。空气质量的降低间接影响了涂料的使用寿命,因而越来越多的厂家开始注重研发集防腐与防火功能一体的涂料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种采用基料、防腐剂、紫外稳定剂、固化剂以及阻燃剂五种成分制得,制得的产品具有附着力好,防腐性能优,寿命长,常温快速固化,施工简便,附着力好、柔韧性好,适应性宽并且在防止火灾方面有显著的效果的防腐防火涂料。
本发明的技术方案是,一种防腐防火涂料,所述防腐防火涂料由基料、防腐剂、紫外稳定剂、固化剂以及阻燃剂组成,所述基料为聚乙烯醇,所述防腐剂为山梨酸钾,所述紫外稳定剂为单苯甲酸间苯二酚酯,所述固化剂为甲阶酚醛树脂,所述的阻燃剂为微胶囊化红磷,所述防腐防火涂料各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述聚乙烯醇占79.2%-82.3%,所述山梨酸钾占11.5%-12.4%,所述单苯甲酸间苯二酚酯占3.3%-4.1%,所述甲阶酚醛树脂占1.3%-1.8%,所述微胶囊化红磷占1.6%-2.5%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防腐防火涂料各成分所占重量百分比具体为:所述聚乙烯醇占81.5%,所述山梨酸钾占11.9%,所述单苯甲酸间苯二酚酯占3.6%,所述甲阶酚醛树脂占1.4%,所述微胶囊化红磷占1.6%。

另外,可通过调节各成分的不同重量百分比,使得得到的产品性能高低不一。
