Abstract
本发明公开一种母线用防腐防火涂料,其中,其组成成分按质量份数计如下:聚乙烯醇30-40份,山梨酸钾15-25份,分散剂9-22份,滑石粉3-15份,甲阶酚醛树脂2-9份,微胶囊化红磷1-5份;采用本发明制得的防腐防火涂料,可有效避免由于环境因素导致母线被腐蚀、热灼,避免电气短路,引起母线爆炸的发生,提高安全性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力传输线材领域,尤其涉及一种母线用防腐防火涂料。
背景技术
随着我国基础设施建设增加,铁路、高速公路、城市地铁等大量建设,防水工程量巨大。在这些建造工程中,现代高层建筑和大型的车间需要巨大的电能,而面对这庞大负荷所需成百上千安培的强大电流就要选用安全可靠的传导设备。母线是一个高效输送电流的基本,尤其适应了越来越高的建筑物和大规模工厂经济合理配线的需要。母线是一种传输设备,不容许有腐蚀、热灼情况的发生,而一般母线,在使用时,如遇腐蚀、热灼等情况,往往不能及时发现,导致整个系统短路或者爆炸。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对以上弊端提供一种母线用防腐防火涂料,采用本发明制得的防腐防火涂料,可有效避免由于环境因素导致母线被腐蚀、热灼,避免电气短路,引起母线爆炸的发生,提高安全性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种母线用防腐防火涂料,其中,其组成成分按质量份数计如下:
聚乙烯醇 30-40份
山梨酸钾 15-25份
分散剂 9-22份
滑石粉 3-15份
甲阶酚醛树脂 2-9份
微胶囊化红磷 1-5份。
上述一种母线用防腐防火涂料,其中,优选地,其组成成分按质量份数计如下:
聚乙烯醇 35份
山梨酸钾 23份
分散剂 16份
滑石粉 15份
甲阶酚醛树脂 7份
微胶囊化红磷 4份。
上述一种母线用防腐防火涂料,其中,所述分散剂为液体石蜡或硬脂酸钙中的一种。
有益效果,本发明采用新型配方,采用独特配方成分做到有效防腐防火,采用本发明制得的防腐防火涂料,可有效避免由于环境因素导致母线被腐蚀、热灼,避免电气短路,引起母线爆炸的发生,提高安全性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
将35份聚乙烯醇与23份山梨酸钾放入反应釜中混合,混合时间为1.5h,混合温度为40度,混合速率为90r/min,混合结束后加入16份分散剂,继续搅拌20min,然后加入8份滑石粉、7份甲阶酚醛树脂以及4份微胶囊化红磷,混合温度为50度,混合速率为110r/min,直至混合均匀后,自然冷却至常温即可。
实施例2
将37份聚乙烯醇与25份山梨酸钾放入反应釜中混合,混合时间为1.5h,混合温度为40度,混合速率为90r/min,混合结束后加入14份分散剂,继续搅拌20min,然后加入13份滑石粉、7份甲阶酚醛树脂以及4份微胶囊化红磷,混合温度为50度,混合速率为110r/min,直至混合均匀后,自然冷却至常温即可。
实施例3
将33份聚乙烯醇与21份山梨酸钾放入反应釜中混合,混合时间为1.5h,混合温度为40度,混合速率为90r/min,混合结束后加入18份分散剂,继续搅拌20min,然后加入14份滑石粉、9份甲阶酚醛树脂以及5份微胶囊化红磷,混合温度为50度,混合速率为110r/min,直至混合均匀后,自然冷却至常温即可。
有益效果;本发明采用新型配方,采用独特配方成分做到有效防腐防火,采用本发明制得的防腐防火涂料,可有效避免由于环境因素导致母线被腐蚀、热灼,避免电气短路,引起母线爆炸的发生,提高安全性能。

聚乙烯醇 30-40份
山梨酸钾 15-25份
分散剂 9-22份
滑石粉 3-15份
甲阶酚醛树脂 2-9份
微胶囊化红磷 1-5份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种母线用防腐防火涂料,其特征为,所述的分散剂为液体石蜡或硬脂酸钙中的一种。
