Abstract
Un material de recubrimiento para la formación de un recubrimiento aislante incluye, además de un disolvente: una resina acuosa que contiene grupos carboxi como componente (A) en una cantidad de 100 partes en masa en términos del contenido de sólidos; un óxido que contiene aluminio como componente (B) en una cantidad de más de 40 partes en masa pero menos de 150 partes en masa en términos del contenido de sólidos, con base en el componente (A) presente en una cantidad de 100 partes en masa en términos del contenido de sólidos; y por lo menos un agente de reticulación como componente (C) seleccionado del grupo que consiste en melamina, isocianato y oxazolina, en una cantidad de más de 20 partes en masa pero menos de 100 partes en masa en términos del contenido de sólidos, con base en el componente (A) presente en una cantidad de 100 partes en masa en términos del contenido de sólidos. Una lámina de acero eléctrico en la cual se utiliza el material de recubrimiento y la cual tiene una gran resistencia de aislamiento interlaminar cuando se lamina. Un método para la fabricación de la misma.
