Abstract

Un proceso para producir espumas de poliuretano rígidas al hacer reaccionar a) poliisocianatos orgánicos con b) compuestos que tienen por lo menos dos átomos de hidrógeno que son reactivos hacia grupos isocianato en presencia de o) agentes sopladores, d) catalizadores y, de ser apropiado, e) auxiliares y aditivos, en donde una mezcla de b1) de 20 a 60 partes en peso de uno o más alcoholes de poliéter de alta funcionalidad teniendo funcionalidades de 3.5 a 5.5 y un número de hidroxilo de 400 a 550 mg KOH/g, b2) de 1 a 20 partes en peso de uno o más alcoholes de poliéter con base en aminas alifáticas y teniendo funcionalidades de 3.5 a 4.5 y un número de hidroxilo de 450 a 900 mg KOH/g, b3) de 10 a 30 partes en peso de uno o más alcoholes de poliéter y/o alcoholes de poliéster aromáticos teniendo funcionalidades de 1.5 a 3 y un número de hidroxilo de 150 a 450 mg KOH/g, y b4) opcionalmente de 1 a 5 partes en peso de agua se usa como componente de poliol b). El componente de poliol b) de la invención tiene buena estabilidad al almacenamiento y las espumas de poliuretano rígidas obtenidas tienen buena calidad de superficie, curación y adhesión.
