Abstract
Una instalación de identificación y separación para formar diferentes mezclas de aglomerados a partir de materiales carbonáceos recuperados pirolizados. La instalación de identificación y separación utiliza una fuente de aire seco (28) y una fuente (16) de materiales carbonáceos recuperados que contienen aglomerados pequeños y aglomerados grandes. Los materiales carbonáceos recuperados se mezclan con la fuente de aire seco, se presurizan, y luego se introducen en un molino pulverizador (12). El molino pulverizador (12) lleva a cabo una primera ronda de identificación y separación mediante la división del material carbonáceo recuperado en aglomerados pequeños y aglomerados grandes. El molino pulverizador (12) adicionalmente fracciona los aglomerados grandes para formar aglomerados más pequeños. Los aglomerados pequeños se mueven entonces hacia un clasificador (14) que lleva a cabo una segunda ronda de identificación y separación. El clasificador (14) separa los aglomerados pequeños en aglomerados gruesos y aglomerados finos.
