Abstract

Una disposicion de identificacion y separacion para la formacion de diversas mezclas de aglomerados de materiales carbonáceos pirolizados reciclados. La disposicion de identificacion y separacion utiliza una fuente de aire seco y una fuente de materiales carbonáceos reciclados que contienen aglomerados pequenos y aglomerados grandes. Los materiales carbonáceos reciclados son mezclados con la fuente de aire seco, presurizado y luego introducidos en un molino pulverizador. El molino pulverizador realiza una primera ronda de identificacion y separacion dividiendo el material carbonáceo reciclado en aglomerados pequenos y aglomerados grandes. Además, el molino pulverizador fracciona los aglomerados grandes para formar más aglomerados pequenos. Los aglomerados pequenos son luego trasladados a un clasificador que realiza una segunda ronda de identificacion y separacion. El clasificador separa los aglomerados pequenos en aglomerados gruesos y aglomerados finos.
