Abstract

MÉTODO E INSTALAÇÃO PARA SEPARAÇÃO AERÁULICA CONTÍNUA DE MATERIAIS PARTICULADOS CONSTITUÍDOS POR UMA MISTURA DE PARTÍCULAS HETEROGÊNEAS EM TAMANHO E DENSIDADE DE PARTÍCULA. A invenção refere-se a um método de separação aeráulica contínua de materiais particulados constituídos por uma mistura de partículas heterogêneas em tamanho e densidade de partícula, caracterizado por compreender as etapas de moagem de partículas de materiais, geração de uma corrente de gás que transporta as partículas moídas, primeira separação aeráulica no fluxo de gás para separar as partículas que ele contém em uma primeira fração composta pelas partículas mais grosseiras com densidades variáveis e uma segunda fração composta pelas partículas mais finas, segunda separação aeráulica na primeira fração para separar as partículas que ela contém em uma terceira fração composta pelas partículas mais grosseiras e/ou mais densas e uma quarta fração composta por partículas menos grosseiras e/ou menos densas, reinjeção da terceira fração ou da quarta fração na entrada da moagem e recuperação simultânea da segunda fração, bem como da quarta fração ou da terceira fração, respectivamente, como produtos de saída.
