Abstract
Problemas: Proporcionar una fibra de polipropileno (fibra de PP) excelente en resistencia, tolerancia térmica y propiedad de absorción de agua; un método para producir la misma; una composición hidráulica, una cuerda, una construcción de fibra tipo lámina y un material compuesto con un polímero orgánico cada uno que tiene la fibra de PP anterior. Medios para Solucionar los Problemas: una fibra de PP que tiene una resistencia de fibra de 7 cN/dtex o más y que exhibe cualquiera o ambas de las siguientes características: (i) una forma individual que exhibe una forma de pico de absorción térmica máxima que tiene un ancho de medio valor de 10ºC o menor y características por DSC que exhiben un cambio de entalpía de fusión (?H) de 125 J/g, y (ii) picos y valles característicos que tienen una finura de filamento individual de 0.1 a 3 dtex en donde los picos con un diámetro grande y los no picos con un diámetro pequeño se localizan de manera alternada a lo largo del eje de la fibra en la superficie y el intervalo promedio de ? los picos y valles es de 6.5 a 20 µm y la altura promedio de los mismos es de 0.35 a 1 µm; un método para producir la fibra de PP como se describe anteriormente que comprende pre-estirar de 3 a 10 veces una fibra de PP no estirada que tiene una IPF de 94% o más a 120 a 150ºC, y luego un post-esturado que es de 1.2 a 3.0 veces a 170a 190ºC, a una velocidad de deformación de 1.5 a 15 veces/min bajo una tensión de estirado de 1.0 a 2.5 cN/dtex; y una composición hidráulica, una cuerda, una construcción de fibra tipo lámina y un material compuesto con un polímero orgánico cada uno que usa la fibra de PP anterior.
