Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a nuevos derivados de quinolina sustituida de conformidad con la fórmula general (la) o (Ib): (ver fórmulas Ia, Ib) incluyendo cualquier forma estereoquímicamente isomérica de los mismos, una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable de los mismos, una forma N-óxido de los mismos o un solvato de los mismos; los compuestos reivindicados son útiles para el tratamiento de una infección bacteriana; también se reivindica una composición que comprende un portador farmacéuticamente aceptable y, como ingrediente activo, una cantidad terapéuticamente efectiva de los compuestos reivindicados, el uso de los compuestos o composiciones reivindicados para la elaboración de un medicamento para el tratamiento de una infección bacteriana y un procedimiento para preparar los compuestos reivindicados.
