Abstract
La invencion se relaciona con una celula solar (1) y un metodo para elaborar la misma, la celula solar (1) comprende en su superficie posterior (3) tanto el contacto de emision (43) como el contacto base (45), esos dos contactos (43, 45) estan aislados electricamente entre si por flancos (5) de los cuales se ha retirado el revestimiento metalico. Las zonas emisoras (4) de la superficie posterior (3) de la celula se conectan mediante canales al transmisor (9) de la cara frontal (8) de la celula. Las zonas emisoras (4) de la superficie posterior (3) de la celula y los canales (7) consisten de un laser. El revestimiento metalico de las paredes laterales se retira mediante ataque quimico selectivo, el revestimiento metalico se retira unicamente en la zona de los flancos (5) donde es insuficiente la capa protectora contra ataque quimico (11).
