Abstract
Para regular mediante control del proceso la operacion de un enfriador de parrillas para material a granel, para enfriar, por ejemplo, cemento clinker caliente, de manera que en todas las zonas de la parrilla enfriadora se puedan ajustar los volumenes (21) de aire refrigerante circulante y/o su tiempo de permanencia en la respectiva zona del lecho de material a ser enfriado al requerimiento de refrigeracion, que se presenta por zona, de conformidad con la invencion se propone que durante la operacion del enfriador de parrillas se ejerza una intervencion reguladora sobre el respectivo volumen (21) local de aire refrigerante circulante y/o sobre la respectiva velocidad de transporte local de la parrilla enfriadora, en funcion de la altura local del lecho de material a granel medida por zonas y/o de la temperatura del lecho de material a granel y/o de la resistencia al flujo del aire refrigerante circulante, respectivamente, de manera que en el caso de una variacion de uno o varios de los parametros medidos altura del lecho, temperatura del lecho y resistencia al flujo se varia el volumen (21) local de aire refrigerante circulante y/o la velocidad de transporte del sistema de parrillas, respectivamente.
