Abstract
Un metodo para manufactura un ensamblaje de nanotubos de carbono que incluye las etapas de: formar particulas finas metalicas, que tienen un diametro de particula predeterminado, sobre un sustrato; calentar las particulas finas metalicas a una temperatura predeterminada de 300 degree C a 400 degree C en una atmosfera de reduccion para causar la reduccion en las superficies de las mismas; calentar las particulas finas metalicas a una temperatura de reaccion predeterminada en un reactor; e introducir un vapor de compuesto organico en el reactor para desarrollar nanotubos de carbono sobre las particulas finas metalicas de tal manera que un tiempo durante el cual la temperatura de las particulas finas metalicas excede 450 degree C es de 600 segundos o mas pocos para el periodo de tiempo antes de que el crecimiento de los nanotubos de carbono se inicie despues de que el calentamiento de las particulas finas metalicas se inicie.
