Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a procedimiento para la preparación de ácidos [4-oxo-4H-1]benzopirán-8-il]alcanoicos y derivados de los mismos de la fórmula I: en la que Ar es un radical fenilo o tenilo; X es hidrógeno o un radical alquilo inferior, R1 es dialquil inferior amino alquilo inferior, trialquilo inferior aminoalquilo inferior o morfolino etilo, caracterizado en que se trata del bromo metil-8 benzopiranona-4 correspondiente, con un cianuro alcalino en medio hidroalcohólico a temperatura de reflujo, despues hidrolizar el nitrilo obtenido en medio ácido con calor, enseguida transformar el ácido obtenido en amino ester por esterificación a temperatura de reflujo en un solvente orgánico con un compuesto B1OH, que representa a un dialquil inferior amino alcanol inferior, trialquilo inferior amino alcanol inferior o morfolino etanol
